Kilosoft delivers software engineering work and projects to our customers using the following processes:

• “Black-box” project is a delivery process, where WTS takes total responsibility of the whole project. We design, implement, test and deliver a software product based on customer’s requirement specification at fixed price.
•  “White-box” project is typically a sub-project, where the customer has the project management and WTS delivers the project work at fixed price.
  
• In “consultancy” process, one (or several) of our professionals is a part of our customer’s software team (work hour based pricing).
  

We are using Agile Scrum processes to ensure our customers have full visibility to the progress of the ongoing development project.
